Surfside Bliss - Cayton Bay Park caravan

Great location

Double bed was very uncomfortable. The springs popped all night.

Caravan was nice but very cramped for 7 and a toddler. Veranda area was a bonus, communication with owner was good. Good location.

Beds were very poor, singles were tiny and the double was a very poor mattress with severe roll together. Sofa bed mattress was dirty.

Key safe made it simple to access. Information regarding location of property was easy to find as reception gave us a map and also pointed us in the right direction which once we walked a little further into the park everything was clearly sign posted. Shop on site was reasonably priced for a few basics we needed.

That we didnt stay longer.

It was a home from home, with everything we needed and more to make our stay happy and comfortable. It was clean and well kept, great location in the park.

Lovely caravan, everything in great condition and containing everything you need and more (extras such as salt/pepper/oil/herbs and cling film/sandwich bags shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathroom) all of these extras and more are such a nice addition to what you expect. Host Ellen was so helpful and really quick to respond to queries by email, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

Can’t fault the caravan or host. Lovely caravan, friendly and responsive host and great location only a few minutes walk from the beach at Cayton bay. My only negative is my experience with booking.com as their advert of the property is inaccurate but they have not responded to my issues and seem disinterested in addressing my concerns. Access to swimming pool is only by purchasing entertainment passes which is not cost effective at all for a couple of days stay. This extra cost really should be highlighted on booking.com but the host has also highlighted this as an issue and had no comeback from it.

Nothing to dislike.

Was lovely and clean nice size living room ,kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of essentials there aswell every detail been thought about. Nice location on part with 3 kids under 10 not far from places to eat and play.

Bedroom size especially in double really small ,but saying that only sleep in it so glad living room was bigger as spend more time in that.
