"Well equipped and clean appartment with parking"

It was spotlessly clean (carpets and furniture looked new) and the kitchen was very well equipped. The heating was by electric radiators, one of which kept switching itself off - this needs attention! It would have been useful to have had a folder with basic instructions how to operate the cooker, microwave, heaters, etc. Also some information about the neighbourhood, such as nearest supermarket, pharmacy, recommended restaurants, etc. would have been nice to have. Having a dedicated parking space was much appreciated as the street parking was usually full.

Some heating in the bathroom would have been appreciated. The shower was a bit unpredictable, but maybe this was something to do with the general water pressure that seemed to be quite low. First impression on approach to the appartment would have been better if the grass had been cut - it looked a little scruffy. The plastic pot plants on the windowsill in the living room didn't do anything positive for the decoration!

"Exceptional"

The property was really nice and had all the facilities that wee needed. The garden area was really nice as well. Location was central to all the places we needed to go. Overall it was a really lovely stay.

There where quite a few cobwebs around the property that maybe should have been removed before we got there, otherwise everything was good

The location was good. Close to shops, cafes and pubs. There was a dedicated parking spot.

Didn't realize that this was a lower level flat with a family living above. There was constant running and pounding from above that occurred anytime between 5 AM and 11 PM. We had a lot of sleep ruined. The supplies in the flat were limited and what was there was old and grimy. The place could use a serious deep clean and a refresh. Items like the bathroom mat looked extremely old and well used. While there was a dedicated parking spot, you'll need to be a confident driver or have a back-up camera in order to get in and out due to the numerous other cars parked all around you. Other issues were the WIFI that had a very weak signal and the fact that four out of the six ceiling lights did not work. I bought a new bulb for the bedroom light since the small desk lamp was not adequate, but that didn't correct the issue. Either they had the lights turned off as a cost saving measure or there is an electrical issue in the flat. Also the power shower was very weak and set so you could only get the temperature slightly above warm.

Good communication about entry and other information. Bright, spacious, clean apartment. Comfortable sofas and beds. Plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes. Kitchen well equipped, oven, microwave, coffee machine. Large walk in shower in bathroom. Small issue with the lights which the host promptly resolved. Allocated parking space. Nice seating area in garden, washing line proved useful for airing towels. Great location for exploring the surrounding area, only 5 mins drive from Tunbridge Wells. Enjoyed our stay.

Only suggestion would be the addition of a baking and roasting tray in kitchen.
