Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with a garden

The location for us was perfect as we were visiting family.

Only one frying pan and that was a Wok! Only one small Pan and no Tin opener! Sort this out and the property goes up a level.

Owner was really helpful and moved out his van to arrange parking for my car. Helped me to setup heating and provided wifi password. Great service

I think needs replacing mattresses with more comfortable

The location was perfect for us. The flat was very clean and perfect for what we needed.

When we arrived (early evening) all the windows were wide open on a bitterly cold night. We turned on the heaters but two came up with an error message. The shower needed several presses to turn on.

For me, the location was perfect. The owner responded at once to any queries we had and provided us with a couple of items we needed.

The shower could be improved, hot water pressure was low. Perhaps some instructions could be left for visitors to read. The approach to the property could be improved with sweeping of leaves, flowers in a pot, etc.

Absolutely lovely host would recommend if you are going away for weekend, had a slight issue but host was there within 10 minutes to assist best customer service. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Julian, the owner, was a pleasure. When our plans changed and we needed to leave our suitcase while waiting for our taxi he was more than accommodating. The apartment was impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was equipped with all we could have needed. One thing not listed but which was available was a hair dryer, which we put to good use after getting caught in the rain. Had we been staying longer, we would have loved to sit in the garden and have a coffee or beer. It was well kept, sunny, and inviting. Next time we're in Tunbridge Wells, we'll be sure to book in again.

The flat itself was a bit damp, though there is a dehumidifier available.

Clean, in a quiet street, has all you need for your stay.

More pillows would have been great :)
