"A good location within a 15 minutes walk of Tunbridge Wells or 5 mins by bus."

It had off street parking for a car and was close to Tunbridge Wells by foot or bus and a nice village down the road which had a good selections of shops - bakery, grocer and a few places to eat. Two good bedrooms , lounge room ( although kitchen table was located here) and nice rear garden. Good modern kitchen ( although no oven and bit light on for kitchen utensils). Nice area to walk around.

only some minor things that will be easily fixed. Lack of kitchen utensils - sink plug and limited plates and glasses. No oven meant that we couldn't fully cook meals for ourselves. Front yard was full of building material ( hopefully this will be tidied up when the renovations are finished)

The garden area was nice. The kitchen and bathroom were nice, looked fairly newly refurbished and decorated.

We noticed some things missing generally which we will notify the owner of.

"Passable"

Very clean property. Saw host briefly and he was friendly. Bathroom and Kitchen all in good order. Quiet location with off road parking. 5 min drive to town centre. Close to lots of interesting historical places and to Rye and Hastings.

Front garden very overgrown with weeds and looked like a building site. Rear nice patio but overgrown with weeds so quiet unwelcoming. No welcome pack or explanation about recycling/local amenities/resturants etc. Kitchen was inadequately stocked. No tin or bottle opener. No wine or beer glasses. No plug or washing up bowl. No grater No BBQ. Odd assortment of pans plates and cutlery. No indoor dryer. Beds uncomfortable. Furniture and furnishings were cheap and tatty. Sofa smelt of damp. Served our purpose but rather reminisent of student digs.

"Good communication, good facilities, great for families"

Lovely house with a great garden. Everything you need. Owner is very helpful and the communication was easy and clear.

The bed and pillows in the front bedroom were uncomfortable, some thicker pillows and maybe a mattress topper would help. Otherwise all very good.
