The interior design is very good plus I felt at home during my stay there.

Netflix, good bed , clean and easy access

you need to provide every visit and they have to identify their self so the owner need to accept before visit i think that’s most negative part . so forget to bring your friends

Nice location of SMDC property . Complete utensils to use . Nice door lock .

When we arrive LOA is not available . Need to contact the owner . We were 4 adults to stay but only 2 small blanket are available and no bed sheet for the extra mattress ( this is the worst) . Exit door could not be locked . Cleanliness should be improved . Something smelly upon entry .

Excellent location, easy communication with host / owner, great value for money.

WiFi was a little problematic - but this is not specific to the place. It's a problem country wide.

The apartment was very comfortable with a small balcony and a lovely view of Manila Bay. The pool is very large and maintained to a high standard.
