At first I thought it's only bcoz of mis communication that when we enter the unit they did not clean yet.smells off.what I did not like the most is the owner don't like to communicate with inquiries.for 5days stay no change of towels.no cleaning.its ok coz I clean myself but i ask her how can we request for new towels but no answer from her😔.I paid good for 4pax and towel is just 3.

Place was comfortable and clean. Very accommodating owner. Best value for price.

The shower was good. Internet was good. We contacted the owner on watsapp and she quickly organised the "gate pass" for us.

As we arrived earlier, there was no chance to leave a luggage. The security/staff was very unfriendly, arrogant and unwilling to help, no Internet in lobby and they refused to help or give a advice where to go. The room was smelling, was quite noisy and was not cleaned properly. The balcony was super tiny and on the floor were cigarettes, cutted nails. The apparent has no dishwasher and no washing machine, unlike the description says. All the electric plugs were type A, no adapter available. No drinking water provided. There were Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Also there is an entrance fee to the pool.

Convient place to stay and the owner is so nice.

The unit is small but very cozy. It had everything I needed and I loved the view from the balcony.

The bathroom was clean but smelled kinda weird to me, I had to leave the door open and the air fan on for a couple days before it was gone. Also the wall plugs are so loose, anything i plugged like chargers were hanging off and it would lose contact.

- We were not informed that the access code was only valid after 2 pm. And since the wifi code is inside the room and not shared with us upfront, it costed me an expensive call to USA to get more info, and access the room. - Unfriendly staff at reception desk. - Not clean. Piles of dust and even a fork under the bed. - Cockroaches everywhere! In the living room, bathroom, in the cupboards between the dishes, even 1 in bed. - Even no salt present. So in case you want to cook, you really need to buy everything! (At least we left salt and tissues for the next visitor) - Curtains can't be closed completely. - Shower waterpipes/heater incorrectly connected, which resulted in cold rain-shower. Because only they handheld shower water passes the heater. (Read: Warm, not hot). The heater was also turned OFF. We had to turn it ON ourselves. - VERY slow elevators. 8 elevators were present. But only 1 seemed to really be operational. Which resulted in 10-15 waiting every time. And about 20 people in a hot elevator. The last persons always had to wait for the next one, because they couldn't fit in.
