Super late review since super busy sa life. Anyways, at first I was hesitant to book this property because of the reviews I've read. So I messaged the owner since nasa US sya. Super approachable nya and ambait. She make sure that the unit is clean and all. And then yeah, super nagustuhan ko yung unit. Naabutan ko pa yung cleaner kasi nag request ako ng early check in, super bait nya and magalang. Inayos nya din yung concern ko before sya umalis. Make sure to contact the owner ahead of time nalang para di kayo magka problem upon check in. Ganun kasi ginawa ko, smooth naman naging stay ko and I will definitely re-book it if ever. I also love the smart lock lakas maka kdrama Sheesh!

Over all maganda naman from the lobby itself up to the unit and also the pool area. If you hate city noise medyo di sya advisable kasi once you open the window maingay talaga and its given naman, nasa may highway ying location so ayun.

Great location, nice, comfortable unit, easy check in, pool was nice. Not that I'm in love with staying in Manila, but as I travel through the Philippines, I'll need to transition out of Manila again and I would definitely book this unit again.

In general...nothing about the unit or it's location within Manila. I just find that Manila is crowded, noisy, traffic sucks, but other than that...well, it's Manila and I'll leave it at that. There is a 24 hour, well stocked convenience store, a 24 hour restaurant, a bank ATM and more located in the ground floor.The only weird thing was getting pool access, however, Jane went out of her way to make it happen and the pool is great.

The view from the balcony was nice.

There were a lot of small roaches in the kitchen and bathroom area. The microwave oven is broken and the whole unit smells a bit off - especially the sofa and the red chinese rug near the bed - smells a lot like sweat from an old guy who smokes 3 packs a day.
