Problemer med dørlås til hoveddør,ingen varme ved ankomst november måned,dejlig varmt efter 4 timer.

It was nice

Beliggenhed, pænt og rent, der var alt hvad man skulle bruge.

Der var Ingen varme på, da vi ankom ( max 15/16 grader i rummet) det var lige lidt nok. Lidt ærgerligt at der ikke var muligt at parkere uden for, især når der var 8 tomme pladser om aftenen/natten. Og det praktiske: Afløb i vasken på badeværelset, er stoppet Elkedlen virker desværre ikke

firstly could not get into the property as the wrong email address was used to send the entry details and codes Secondly, got a parking picket for DK 975 when your booking confirmation stated that parking was included within teh private parking areas outside the hotel Third, my credit card has been charged with around double the rate you quoted for 2 adults and a dog and free parking for one car £123.78 instead of DK 550 (c.£57)as your so called Genius quoted. Also, the paving on the approach drive into the property is badly gamaged and can damage the tyres of any approaching car. Also, the kettle in teh kitchen did not work Also, sink in teh bathroom was very reluctant to drain the water Also, there was no washing up liquid at the property in the kitchen, probaly the cause of the bad drainage due to grease... Also, i got qa phone call in teh middle of teh night about my dog barking at some people just outside the room who also could not get into tehir room nexr door. Dogs will bark and if teh property owner has issues with this, tehy should not allow dogs.... Definately the worst experience i have had with a hotel
