Sleep Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge Downtown

The location was great. Easy to get to places.

The room was small.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, the walk-in shower was nice and the complimentary breakfast was good with many options.

The air conditioner was too loud.

Location, quiet, nice, comfortable, big room for a "junior suite". Lots of room, two beds, fold out sofa bed, big bathroom, good breakfast. This property is a price conscious GEM!!!!! If you're thinking on it, stop thinking and just do it. The property hits well outside it's price point.

For the money, absolutely nothing. It's a gem.

Place nasty floors nog been clean in months

Nasty and the employees look so dam nasty clothes dirty and smelly

It was right across from the conference center that I was attending a conference at. The room and the bed linen were clean. The bed was comfortable. I haven’t slept that good in awhile.

I couldn’t find vending machines and there were no signs indicating any were available. The WiFi was horrible. Low connection that would continuously drop. Could not get the XFinity tv to work.
