Closer to everything on the main road!!!

Hairs on the towel in the facility. As we shower, we seen other people hair on towel and ants on things, no food was left out.. Not a good thing.

THINK TWICE ON THIS ONE!!! This Hotel smelled like sewage real bad at night. The 1st day the elevators smelled of cholorine so bad it made our eyes and nose burn . The air unit kept going off and on every 5 minutes sounded like an airplane taking off. Couldn't sleep the whole night. If you want better accommodations, go to the Sleep Inn in Gatlinburg.

Everything. Never have I stayed at a hotel and couldn't wait to leave. It was aweful!

"Nice quiet location and good price for double queen suite and breakfast"

Good location, room was on first floor so we didn’t have to use elevator, breakfast good with enough of a variety with longer hours 6:30-10:30 am, employees nice and helpful

A few things in room were old:window unit air conditioning, suite door had large crack between door frame and latch, tub fixtures we’re very loose and music playing in hallway all night long could be heard from inside room.

Very nice and clean liked the location the staff was very friendly and helpful! Liked that they had breakfast king size bed was great

Beds were clean

Floor was very dirty, bathroom towel rack kept falling apart, front desk worker looked extremely rough and unprofessional, ants and stink bugs in the room, tv was extremely difficult to work, lock on the door was broken!!
