Quick and easy check in awesome staff and very clean would stay again

No problem at all

The location was great. The room and hotel were clean when we got there. Staff were friendly but there was only one at a time and they were super busy, felt bad for them. Not sure if they can't get people to work or if the hotel chooses to only employ one at a time but they need more help for sure.

There was typically only one staff working at a time and that was their excuse for a few things. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast room was way too small. Had to ask for sheets and pillows for the pull out bed. Had to ask for more toilet paper and towels our 2nd night there. We stayed 3 nights and was told they only clean the rooms if youre there more than 3 days unless you ask. We checked in on a Thursday night and left on Sunday. By Saturday the trash and used linens were piling up so I asked the front desk at 9:30am Saturday morning if they could just get the trash and linens, I watched the lady write it on a post it note. We got back to the room at like 5pm that evening and our room had not been touched. When we checked out Sunday I told the lady at the desk that there was a lot of trash and used linens piled up and that no one had gotten them the day before. She said it was because they only have one maid. There were several ants and stink bugs in the room when we got there and during our stay. Pull out bed was terrible. Would not stay again.

Cleanliness was a plus

Everything was great

Nothing, room was dirty and hot tub was down for repairs and wasnt notified before checking in. Also room was advertised to have a jacuzzi and it did not. It had a shower with a dirty tub. Extremely unhappy so we left and found another hotel we loved.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. They have a good breakfast.

The property was well maintained.
