BRUSUSLaneeka was the desk clerk and she did a phenomenal job finding me a room. The handicap room on the first was not available as the email I received stated. She found us a room on the 4th floor and it was spacious. She arranged for a step stool to be bought to the room so the handicap person could get in the bed. She apologized. The 4th floor attendant offered to get my ice and asked me if I needed anything else. The pillows were really fluffy.
The shade in room 428 would not come down. So the room was lit up all night from the outside lights. The handicap person could not get in the tub. But all of this was ok because the staff was so nice. Except the food service worker. I asked for a tray and she laughed and said it's in your room.
