To be a new hotel I'm concerned about wallpaper lifting our room. Could be a moisture issue. The hotel is so beautiful wouldn't want it to become a moldy old hotel

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was a standout—the food was amazing. The waffles were hot, fresh, and came with a variety of delicious toppings. I especially loved the Greek yogurt selection, and the sausage was fresh and full of flavor. The oatmeal was served hot with plenty of toppings to choose from, and the coffee was rich and delicious—a perfect start to the day. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. You all really put Pittsboro on the map and make the town shine! My children enjoyed the breakfast just as much as I did, and they loved the comfortable beds. The shower was hot and pulsating, incredibly relaxing. I also appreciated the Zero brand bath products—I hadn’t heard of them before, but they left my hair feeling soft, voluminous, and well-moisturized. Thank you for such a memorable and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back! Crystal greeted us with a smile. She was the first face and gave a lasting impression! And guess what, she checked us out with that same warm smile. A smile makes all the difference and she was also competent in her role.

The one thing that I did not understand was the pool being closed. We wanted to swim, especially my son. However, everything else was so awesome. That it was not a big deal.

This is a new Hampton Inn with many upgrades and amenities; the place was shiny as a new penny! Located is a recently built and upscale shopping area with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance with more to come; Area appears to be safe and secure;Breakfast was good, as expected; pleasant and helpful staff;

The pool is closed awaiting inspection. The pool was the main reason we booked this hotel. The staff said that their website stated the pool is closed, but when I google the hotel the first couple of sites list the pool as an amenity. Booking did not have the pool listed as closed, either. The tv volume would not turn up our first night. Called the front desk, they sent someone up with a universal remote who was able to fix the problem. They said this happens when guests bring gaming systems in and hook them up. After being gone and out in the heat for 8+ hours on day 2, we come back and the safety latch INSIDE our room had somehow been flipped, locking us out. Had to call the front desk who came up with a folded “do not disturb” door hanger and was able to get it open. When I asked how this had happened (because this room and the room next door have a door between which we kept locked) she said it “happens sometimes”. After cooling off for a while, we left to go eat dinner. Came back and the tv volume wouldn’t turn up again. We had no gaming system hooked to it, so that’s not what the cause was. The staff member who came up this night immediately walked in and in a sarcastic tone said “well, it’s already cold in here, what temperature do you want it” while messing with the thermostat. I told him we had called about the tv volume, not the temperature. He didn’t know how to fix it, offered to change the batteries in the remote even after I explained what had been done the previous night. We called back to the front desk and they were able to find the universal remote and brought it to our room and left.
