Location is much convenient.

The keys are difficult to access and make opening the door inconvenient (which had issue at first as you had to push harder which knowing that you have to be gentle as you might break it). The bunk beds are squeaky, the air conditioner is loud, and the master bedroom lights are not working. Both beds are very hard. The TV remote is broken which the batteries keep falling out. The toilet did not meet expectations—it is very small and not in good condition. The shower should at least be improved to make it adjustable and easier to use. There are many possible alternatives that could make the place more convenient. Since this is a self check-in property, the owner should communicate more details in advance or leave clear notes in the unit so not to rely to contact them often which bothering as sometimes the response took time (such as Wi-Fi password, pool access, and other important information). Additionally, the guard kept asking for ID and the building number even on the second day, which is inconvenient, as guests do not always carry their ID at all times.
