Nada, Booking debería prohibir este alojamiento, soy una persona asmática el departamento tiene problemas de humedad y tiene un pésimo olor, la zona es muy insegura todos los taxistas me decían tener cuidado y no salir sola siempre con todo mi grupo, la puerta del baño malograda, no hay atención todo es por WhatsApp la cocina mal Equipada no tiene ollas solo 1 sartén, no sirve como apartamento. No se lo recomiendo a nadie el precio caro para lo que ofrecen

Poca limpieza, las habitaciones llenas de humedad, en una ni siquiera pudimos dormir de la humedad que había. La atención tampoco fue la mejor.

Basic but comfy and clean accommodation in the centre of Madrid.

It was very noisy at night either with raised voices in the apartment block or outside with vehicles at all hours of the night.

Great location and easy to get to, spacious and clean apartment, quick respond time from staff when I had a question

We stayed the whole night and did not find the key , we tried to calm the host several times but no answer . In the middle of the night our safety was compromised

The apartment is nice.

We arrived at the apartment at 3:00 pm and it was not ready. We found that it was being cleaned and we had to leave the suitcases while they finished cleaning. After that the heater was not working and we had to bathe with cold water. We contacted them and they told us that if it didn't work they would send someone from maintenance, but they never did. I do not recommend it.

The apartment is clean and modern. In ten minutes by foot it is possible to reach Plaza Mayor. Air conditioning and WiFi were working properly and checking in is pretty fast and easy. Next door there is a luggage deposit good for leaving the suitcases before leaving in the last day.

The entrance in very old and so is the corridor before the apartment… the street is kind of dirty.

The apartment is central in Lavapiés, Madrid. The beds and shower are really good. The kitchen facilities were also a positive surprise.

The apartment is close to the street, so we hear a lot of noise from the street and also from the corridor. The orientation of the keys is not easy to use. The price is expensive for the quality of the place.

Location is pretty nice, especially if you want to try out the various bars in this part of Madrid. Getting a taxi to the front door might be a challenge, as the apartment is on a steep one-way street that feeds into a maze streets in a rather charming older neighborhood of apartments and restaurants.

The most difficulty I have had in getting into a building. You must download an app that is connected to the building's door lock. Except it wasn't connected to the building's door lock. Multiple attempts were futile. The proprietor was remote and could not help from where he was. Also, the A/C was out. The proprietor promised to send someone to fix it, but nobody ever did. Also, from the fliers and stickers I saw, the people of this neighborhood (and the building itself) clearly do not appreciate tourist rentals. I can understand why (lack of rentals for the locals). So please don't give the neighbors reason to dislike you, because chances are they are already inclined in that direction. Note: I did not witness any outright hostility.
