"There is no way to enter the building or contact the host."

The shower worked.

Warning. The host did not provide a way to get in the building. It took us an hour to get in the first time. We had to wait for someone to leave the building so we could get in. There is no way to contact the host. There was a AI chat bot, but it did not answer our questions. Also, the air conditioning is broken. The chat solution responded with the wifi password. When we asked again, we did not receive a response for the rest of the stay. The apartment is on the first floor of a very noisy street. Garbage is collected by a loud garbage truck between 1-3am every night.

It was very easy to enter the apartment. The owner's instructions were very clear (he even sent a video). The accommodation was very comfortable (kitchen full equiped). The location was incredible (Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor 12 minutes walk, Antón Martín metro station 2 minutes walk, Museo del Prado 8 minutes walk, etc.). Very safe neighborhood. I recomend 100% this flat.
