Tutto, non lo consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico, assenza di ogni servizio e comodità, nessun comodino affianco al letto, nessun appendino per asciugamani, nessun sapone se non quello per le mani, nessun dispenser o appoggia saponetta, macchie di umidità persistenti sul soffitto, letto come una pietra scomodissimo, nessuna mappa della città a disposizione, nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua! Proprietario che non risponde alle segnalazioni. Se non fosse per Como che è una bellissima città, sarebbe stato un weekend da dimenticare. INQUALIFICABILE. Ah sì e portatevi la carteigenica da casa perché l'host ve ne darà lo stretto indispensabile e non basterà, wifi come se non ci fosse perché non funziona, TV da età della pietra..

Lo bueno la ubicación.

El sofá cama es muy incómodo. No tiene aire acondicionado y hace un calor insoportable. Huele a humedad y tiene poca limpieza.

Die Wohnungstür war recht schwer aufzuschließen und die Infos des Teams dazu nicht hilfreich. Dann hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert und das Team hat zwar geschrieben, dass sie sich sofort darum kümmern wollen - das ist aber nicht passiert. Mitten in der Nacht gab es dann noch einen Wasserschaden: von der Decke der oberen Wohnung tropfte viel Wasser in unser Zimmer! Und auch dazu haben wir dem Team geschrieben und gar keine Rückmeldung bekommen.

We liked the location

It was too hot without A/C in July. We tried to cancel when we realised however the host said we could not. They assured us they have a fan in the room but this really does not make any difference. We brought our own fan along with us, plus having the windows wide open and no difference was made. We hardly slept due to the heat, and because of the windows having to be kept open got bitten everywhere too. Bed was very uncomfortable and rock hard. It was more a pull out bed.

Jó elhelyezkedés, jól felszerelt konyha.

Nincsen klíma. Szellőztetni kell, ehhez viszont jól jönne szúnyogháló az ablakra. Nem volt pohár.

The location was excellent in the historical centre. The apartment was in a quiet cul de sac and apart from a little people noise was quiet and relaxing. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly and succinct with instructions.

The bed was very hard. The shower needs a new hose as it leaked profusely reducing the pressure. A hook to hang up Towels would be good.
