The location of the Taaac Apartment is great. In the center and easy to reach from train station or boat lines. Modern minimalism in the historic center. Online check-in was also smooth and especial thanks to hosting and extra luggage room for late check out

Bathroom lacks racks and hooks to hang towels or place your shampoo. Quite inconvenient.

Please change wifi password, it's too complicated, so we couldn't connect and give up at the end :)

The photographs do not correspond to reality, everything in the room is old and very cold. The first time I saw that there was no water, tea or coffee in the apartment. Noisy heating that interferes with sleep, Wi-Fi hardly works. When neighbors come in, it feels like they're opening your doors.

Plenty of space. Large bathroom perfect location.

It could have done with air conditioning and a bedside table and lamp would have been handy.

The location is excellent, located in the old city, near to the restaurant area, the square and historical monuments. The lake is near, also couple supermarkets, the train station... The bathroom was very nice. It was convenient for us that they give detailed explanation how to check in by yourself, because we had late flight and we didn't know the exact transfer and check in time from Milan airport to Como. It is in a quiet area, and you can sleep well with opened windows. In general we had a very nice stay there.

The bed is not comfortable. It is one of those beds that can be pushed up along the wall or transformed into a sofa if you need more space. However, it is narrow, the mattress is thin and uneven, and it is not soft. They provided only one roll of toilet paper and three small pouches of shampoo-shower gel for two people over a four-night stay. There were some dust bunnies under the bed and in the corners, and a dropped flyer in the corner, indicating that only the visible areas were cleaned. There was no air conditioner, only a fan, but this wasn't a major issue because, despite the hot July weather, the temperature in the apartment was manageable with the windows open and the fan on. This is understandable given that the building is in the old city, where there are likely strict rules about installing air conditioning systems.
