"Some very good points , weather stopped all water sports . Place generally needs mor maintenance looking old in"

Changed room due to poor quality in first room and works going on outside room in development to include diggers , tractors etc at Carolla. Moved to Javan better .

Its very cozy, the beach is ok. The condo was fine it would be a lot better if its the lagoon view or in the first floor since i have senior citizens with me. Though the elevator is working, but what if not?

Should be renovated property is dilapidated already. Been to Pico De Loro 4 times , this is the worst property I have rented. The room has termites.
