The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of PHP 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Terrible condo unit. Too bad because the location / grounds are nice and well maintained"

Pico de Loro itself is nice but the unit we stayed in is very bad! Watermarks on the ceiling, no hot water in one of the showers, just mattress on the floor for one of the 2 bedrooms and no blankets

The condo unit we stayed at needs major renovation, better furnishing and more comfortable beds/sleeping area. It is not a 2 bedroom as advertised - it has one bedroom and living room with a bunk bed and mattresses on the floor under it

"Over all experience is that I spend less than 3k at Pico De Loro."

I enjoyed my stay at Pico De Loro. My transaction with Ms. Caren was smooth, all instructions were provided and she was very accommodating during my visit. I am actually a solo traveler and I'm glad that they offered me a rate of solo occupancy. Moreover, the room is spacious and they all had the necessary amenities for cooking.

Guest fee on a weekend is more expensive on Fri-Sun. Glad that I booked on weekdays because my room is even cheaper than the guest fee!

"Old and Dirty room"

Very old and dirty room, not same as the photo. No blanket, towel, toiletries and rusty water. Not worth it, very disappointed.
