The host was extremely attentive. I arrived around midnight, and he was waiting to make sure I settled in comfortably. He was kind, approachable, and went out of his way to help. The highlight was definitely breakfast—freshly cooked, with the best eggs I’ve ever had and a great selection of food. I also enjoyed a lovely chat with the host during breakfast. Off-road parking was straightforward, and in the morning he even helped me plan a running route, which I really appreciated.

I couldn’t stay longer. I visit Croydon quite often, and I’ll make sure to stay here again.

The room I had was immaculately clean. Bed was comfy and welcoming. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay and I would definitely recommend. I was a lone woman and felt extremely safe and comfortable

Roberto and his wife are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The flat and room were perfectly clean, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. We had no issues parking our car in front of the house; the street felt safe and calm. The location is convenient—about an 18-minute walk to the tram, and you can reach London Bridge with just one stop. The breakfast was excellent, offering scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, and bread, and we could enjoy as much as we wanted. Roberto was incredibly kind and caring; when we accidentally left our purse behind, he did his best to find it and let us know. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

when booking, we didn’t realize the room is next to other rooms, so it’s not fully private—this was our mistake for not reading the description carefully. Also, although the flat felt safe, it would have been nice to have a lock on the room or a small safe for valuables.

The host was super kind, honest and forthright in his approach, showing a very good level of professionalism and service. I was shown around, and enjoyed seeing and using the excellent facilities, which in my personal opinion were truly 5 star. Speaking of 5 star, the service and treatment was just that. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and dedication the hosts put in to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The ease of our stay was exceptional too, as I was able to freely leave/arrive back at the bed and breakfast with no trouble from the hosts. One of the best aspects of the stay was being able to chat with one of the hosts as they showed a genuine interest in my care and stay, and of course the infamous incredible breakfast!! Truly treated like a princess! :D

Roberto the owner was caring, made you feel most welcome, safe and appreciated. The room was perfect and the breakfast was wonderful. I will love to go again. Plenty of parking, close to Selhurst Park and just all round a great deal.

Perfekcyjna oaza spokoju z niesamowitym gospodarzem! 10/10! Gorąco polecamy pobyt w tym przepięknym domu! Pan Robert, właściciel, to człowiek z niesamowitą pasją i troską o gości. Jego gościnność nie kończy się na standardowej obsłudze – to prawdziwie rodzinna atmosfera. Sam pensjonat jest perfekcyjnie czyściutki i urządzony ze smakiem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone pokoje sprawiają, że ma się wrażenie, jakby było się u siebie! Lokum znajduje się nieco dalej od centrum, można odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju, a do centrum Victoria łatwo dojechać transportem publicznym. (autobus 197 i pociąg) łącznie tylko 20 min. A teraz wisienka na torcie: przepyszne, domowe śniadania! Prawdziwa bomba smakowa, która daje energię na cały dzień zwiedzania. I tu kolejny dowód na troskę Pana Roberta: gdy wspomnieliśmy o planach na całodniowe zwiedzanie, przygotował dla nas prowiant i wodę! Ten gest zupełnie nas oczarował. To dbałość o detal, która robi ogromną różnicę. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! Na pewno wrócimy i polecimy każdemu!
