From the moment of booking, communication and instructions were clear and timely. When I arrived I was warmly greeted, shown around and I could even indicate the time I wanted my breakfast for! Nice hot shower, towels, extra blanket if needed etc, free wifi to use. I only stayed one night but felt welcome with some nice conversations over breakfast, a very chill chowchow and a massive spread available for breakfast to chose from. Location wise, close to Norwood Jct (15mins walk or a short bus ride), and Black Horse Tram (about 10 mins walk away) connect you to everywhere.

De prijs, het ontbijt en de gastheer waren voortreffelijk. Hey was zeer netjes en schoon, ontbijt vers en zeer uitgebreid met eieren vers gebakken. De prijs is zeer gunstig en binnen een half uurtje ben je lopend en met de trein in hartje Londen. Ook voor een voetbal wedstrijd van Crystal Palace ben je op 10 min lopen. Thnx Roberto voor de goede zorgen en hulpvaardigheid op onze vragen

La proprement, la modernite et la deco de la maison.

Il faut prevoir 1 bonne heure pour arriver au centre de Londres mais le rapport qualite prix est imbattable. Une vrai experience rbnb chez l habitant. Roberto et sa femme sont aux petits soins! Le petit dejeuner compris dans le prix est absolument parfait et propose un tres large choix.

My room was lit and conducive for my studies during my stay, and Roberto was exceptional to me as to as his guest. Very receptive, breakfast was 5 stars, and I even get coffee, sandwich, and chocolates. It's indeed a family house. Freddie.
