Everything was wonderful. Lovely welcome from Roberto. Great breakfast with super coffee and lively chat. Room was clean and full of character. Bathroom great. Will definitely return!

The host was extremely excellent polite and made us very welcome, breaskfast was excellent would highly recommend to stay just round corner from everywhere which we needed.

This property is in an excellent location- easy for Croydon train station, trams and buses. It is also not far from local shops, as well as a wider range of places in Addiscombe. The room was comfortable, and the hosts offered extra things such as a dressing gown, fresh water. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The hosts couldn't have been more generous and attentive with breakfast.

Nothing- I think this property and the way it is run is quite a find.

Host perfetto, accoglienza molto calda. Colazione continentale veramente abbondante. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Consiglio vivamente nel caso uno volesse venire a vedere partite del Crystal Palace. È a 15-20 minuti a piedi dallo stadio.

Man wird vom Gastgeber herzlich empfangen, man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause! Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Das Bad teilt man sich unter Umständen mit anderen Gästen, was aber kein Problem darstellt. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und der Gastgeber steht für Wünsche immer zur Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen!
