Goede locatie voor selhurst park ( crystal palace) Fijne schone kamer Ontbijt was ruim voorzien van verschillende dingen Gastvrijheid van eigenaar Gelegenheid om kamer te blijven omdat de voetbalwedstrijd later zou beginnen Goed bed...goede douche.... Ik kom hier zeker terug als ik naar crystal palace ga...

Als ik iets minder positief moet zeggen Persoonlijk vind ik de grote eenpersoonskamer te druk met schilderijen ( maar daar sliep ik dan zelf niet) Eigenaar is ' aanwezig ' bij ontbijt ... ( met vragen of er nog iets bij moet komen, of we nog iets willen, ik zal dit even bijvullen enz) kun je natuurlijk ook positief uitleggen maar persoonlijk vind ik beetje rustig ontbijten fijner

"Excellent place for short stay in Croydon"

Host was very hospital and always available, excellent continental breakfast, very clean and cozy room. We had free bottle of water. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, the host prepared to me a breakfast to go, which was very nice.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto's place! The house was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—quiet yet just a 20 minute walk from the station. Roberto was an outstanding host, always on hand and the breakfast included was outstanding. His dog, a sweet chow chow named Lorenzo was an additional bonus! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy home base! Easily a 12/10. We will be back indefinitely. Thank you for being such an amazing host! Also, thanks for the cake! Best Victorian sponge I’ve had ever! See you soon :)

"One of the best hosts I’ve ever had"

What can I say more than having met the perfect hosts. Roberto is very attentive to the needs of the guests and an excellent warm welcome. Was able to park just in front of the house and was easy to find.

I want to say a huge thank you to Roberto and his wife, they are very nice and kind people. Their home is amazingly clean and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely return to their cozy home next time I'm in London.
