Maltings House Cosy and Stylish 2 bedroom flat near the city centre with free parking and ensuite rooms

Spacious and well fitted kitchen. Also liked that there was a bathroom each.

The property was very warm and as the heating was not to be adjusted had windows open most of the time, had to close at night obviously. The only criticism of the property is that the windows need a good clean.

Spacious, quiet, located 3 minute walk from large Morrison’s supermarket and 10 minute walk from center of town.

Excellent location. Comfortable and clean apartment. Just what we needed for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms.

Instructions for getting into property. I didn’t like the fact that it was last minute being given the key number. Also instructions came via emails and confusing ( different numbers given from one which I got over the phone)

Plenty of space in apartment.

Beds are a bit low and could do with mattress replaced. (My opinion) only 1 bedroom has an en-suite, although there is another in the property.

Great location. Spacious flat, plenty of room for 3 of us, & nice having 2 bathrooms. Flat was nice & clean with everything we needed for our stay.

Once we’d located the property on the estate I had to contact the property for instructions how to find the lock box & then again for the code to access the keys (for some reason I had received a PIN number but nothing else to reveal the code). Only found a few small issues in the ensuite bathroom - grout/silicone in shower stained & needs replacing, toilet roll holder very wobbly & unsteady, & would recommend putting up a couple of shelves to provide space for personal toiletries, etc. Also found clothes in a drawer from a previous guest.

Great location. Large accomadation and the added extras of bread tea coffee etc was a lovley added touch.

Really lovely apartment, location was great, near the town centre. Spacious, clean, well equipped. It was a little bit tricky to find, but the information sent in advance was fantastic with pictures guiding us to the right apartment. Beds were comfy, kitchen very well equipped, plenty of space. Nice to see touches like plenty of toilet rolls, which aren't always provided!

There was some construction work going on in the street outside, which was quite noisy. Not the fault of the apartment and probably temporary.
