Maltings House Cosy and Stylish 2 bedroom flat near the city centre with free parking and ensuite rooms

Super accommodation, well placed to access the city centre. Apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. The Maltings are next door to a large Sainsburys.

Walking distance to city centre and Sainsbury’s very close. Very well stocked - good kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries. Good seating and fresh decoration.

Needs some minor maintainance - window stays., grouting. Biggest issues were lack of hot water (twice) - was fixed by my husband following a phone call. The outside of the flats was untidy with lots of long-standing rubbish under the living room window- and the outer door did not lock.

Size of appartment. Beds reasonably comfortable.

Curb appeal not there Very basic in terms of kitchen equipment. Would struggle to make a meal. No hot water!!! Lots of money spent on booklets of information but little on the finishing touches to make the place luxury (as advertised) Communication not good.

Tastefully decorated, nice sized bedrooms. Clean and comfortable Plenty towels/bedding.

There was nothing about the property to dislike. It had everything and more for short stay.

Very well thought out apartment, making the most of the space. Location was good and walking distance into town.

Very spacious and clean! Couldn't fault our stay.

One of the beds was leaning to one side (however still had a comfortable sleep).

The property is very nice and cosy. It is easy to reach and the location was ideal as it is close to the cathedral, where I had my graduation ceremony. The area is quiet, nice to have some time to relax. The property has everything you need: the kitchen is equipped with all the tools, there’s a washing machine if needed. We were 5 people and having an ensuite room was useful to avoid queues.
