Great location, lovely spacious rooms lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well equipped the flat was lovely and warm. Just a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Really enjoyed our stay highly recommend

It was near the centre and near a supermarket.

The heating was not switched on in the main room for us arriving and as it was December it was cold. It was also storage heating which offered very limited controls. The hot water heater was also not switched on. The showers in the property were very poor with hardly any water pressure. The flat could have been a bit cleaner. The flat appeared neglected from the outside with rubbish from the bins lying around. Not very welcoming at all.

location was excellent, apartment was clean and cosy

kitchen was a little under equipt, some coffee cups, and a coffee maker would be great, especially for non UK visitors who drink coffee rather than tea, maybe some basics like salt and pepper, buying for a short stay, if you fly in is a real waste.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment, warm and clean with comfortable beds and well equipped. It's in a lovely quiet location yet near to the centre of Carlisle. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
