Sofa bed needs an upgrade it’s very very uncomfortable. But otherwise 10/10

The unit was large and reasonably clean with lots of space and the location was convenient. Nice to have a parking spot.

The seagulls were very noisy. No outdoor space.

Spacious and well appointed quiet location with a supermarket round the corner pub and Chinese takeaway nearby 15 min walk to a brilliant town centre although there’s a lot of work being carried out we look forward to our return visit

Very spacious and well equipped. Very quiet.

Small points - I noticed that the bedside lamp, the TV screen and the radiators were rather dusty. The bedside lamp in the main bedroom isn’t really bright enough to read by. There were no mattress or pillow protectors on the big bed. Mattress and duvet a bit stained.

Super clean! Everything worked. Highly recommend this place.

Parking was confusing. Other people park in your spot. Visitor parking is supposed to be an option but doesn’t exist. There were no signs.
