The administration by the hosts . I booked this property as it was advertised as dog friendly and no further charges for pets on their listing. I paid the price of listing, then i was contacted to say the dog was a extra £50charge. I questioned this and was told it was a administrative error and the £50 needed to be paid. I was given bank account details to pay the £50 into. Wondering if anyone else has had this? The hosts. repeatedly asks me for ID that I had already provided. Even on the morning i was travelling received a email saying my key code would not be activated unless i provided ID. This had already been provided and told them twice before to check their records. I again had to email a copy of my id to the person who just sent me the email, who was the person who sent me a confirmation email weeks before saying thank you for providing your ID. Not very professional, also not nice to be told on your way to the property that you would not be able to enter. The flat is nicely decorated and good location for town. Its layout didn't work for us, there is no privacy between any of the rooms only decorative metal screen dividers that allow for no sound or light barrier. If someone is in bed then you cant watch tv make a cup of tea even without the noise waking them up. Its more of a studio flat feel. There is a lot of road noise too if you want to sleep with a window open on a hot night like it was this weekend.
