Commandery Vaults - Luxury Apartment in City Centre with SKY TV

Lovely apartment in a good location to walk into the city centre. Good bed, very comfortable. Electric heating kept the apartment warm. Good selection of tea provided. 2 massive TVs. Lovely shower. Water very hot. Moulton Brown toiletries. Car parking on site.

We would have expected an apartment of this standard to have a dishwasher. Why have a 10 bottle built-in wine rack plus a wine fridge on the space where you could have put a dishwasher? Electric radiator control panels emitted quite a lot of light which was visible at night. It’s listed as for 4 people but really it’s only 1 room and. Sofa bed but no way to separate the room with the sofa bed from the bedroom. Why not have a big curtain to close off the room with the sofa bed? Would have preferred a coffee machine to an air fryer. £48 for cleaning for 1 night seemed a bit excessive, why not reduce it for short-stay guests. No instructions on where to put recycling.

Nice apartment,thoughtful done with a high standard of interior design. Close to city centre, clean, shower good.

Nothing apart from not being able to get SKY on and one set of batteries working for two remotes for the tv’s.

The door kept sticking so hard to close and got locked in as handle came off, that said was dealt with very quickly

We loved the history behind the apartment and we loved that you could see the view of the cathedral from the hill where the apartment is.

We initially were concerned about the door, but due to the heavy rain it was hard to open and close. That was resolved very quickly when the owner reassured us the door was safe to do a heavy slam.

lovely quiet location with private access, and parking, and lovely clean apartment. was nice stylish and all round well above board, -- really enjoyed our stay

Would not ever describe it as a two bedroom as it clearly does on booking website, its a one room apartment with metal dividers, tastefully done but all quite in the same room and I mentioned to hosts that the sofa bed 'bedding' was a little thin and bed was therefore slightly sub par comfort wise.

Comfortable bed excellent kitchen shower was good just a great place to chill

Door was warped so difficult to open and close. No cleaning supplies for washing up etc. Said there would be chocolates for guests- none Was described as penthouse but was on ground floor? Batteries in tv controls were not working

Great location with 10mins walk to town (or closer). Plenty of food options within 5mins. Easy parking. Felt very private access. Huge place with an added 'dressing room'.

There is very slight road noise but can barely be heard with windows closed.

Managed to book us in the sane evening of our stay. Great central location with parking. Really contemporary clean interior. Great layout with rain shower, dressing area and fully kitted out kitchen island. Comfy bed and sofas and huge tv with sky and Internet services.

Door was a bit sticky. Shower was slow to drain. Nothing more than that. Was great!
