Staff behaviour, Cleanliness, Food

1. Room was bit congested, especially entry & washroom 2. Hot water was not running 24 hours, had to inform couple of time to reception to sort out the issue 3. Dish prices are varying in similar category although food was tasty

Location is convinient and central but can't call it romantic. The suite was very spacious and gave me the feel of home. But I wish I had a better view from my windows and not toilets and basins of the adjacent building. Everything else was perfect. Each staff were extra attentive, polite and responsive. They catered to even minutest of our requests.

View outside from the room. There should be smart TVs now where we can see the OTT channels

Friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Not a great location for tourists as difficult to get around on foot. Air conditioning in the room was very loud.
