The staff is cordial. The food at the restaurant Zaika is good. The cleaning staff is noce.

The breakfast spead was pretty good and tasty. The staff were very helpful and caring. The reception staff were also good. The security guards were very receptive and friendly.

The only problem I faced was that the flush was not working properly and the wash basin tap was not working properly. It was not mended despite complaining on day 1. I had placed a request for early packed breakfast and informed the reception that I have a flight at 8.50 am and will need the breakfast at 6.30 am. I expected a wake up call. Unfortunately, I slept off and missed my flight. The reception is not accessible for wheel chair users and no railing on the stairs near the reception. However, there is an elevator from the parking which makes the hotel rooms and restaurant wheel chair accessible.

The property is well located from Some key things that were important to me. Reasonably well maintained and comfortable rooms. The service is very good, great staff who are sincere with their efforts to take care of you. Good food and available round the clock.

While the property is clean, it’s slowly showing its age, with some chipping of floors here and there, faded mirrors etc. Hope they do some renovation for the next time.
