spacious apartment room..wall to ceiling windows...very helpful staff--arranged a bike ride to the pharmacy when I needed it ..location is perfect for modern chiang mai..

Spacious. Traffic not too bad as it is outside city centre.

Only 1 bottle of shampoo/soap for both bathroom and wash basin. Hotel will not provide another bottle or even a small bar of soap. If you forget to bring the bottle into the shower cubicle, after wetting yourself, you need to step outside to bring it in.

The staff is kind and polite, my room is cleaned daily, and the location is central and easy to reach.

The TV is small and it is difficult to find children's channels and the kitchen needs more cooking utensils.
