THE KANNAS Hotel & Serviced Apartment, Chiang Mai SHA Certified

We are family with 1 kid 10 years old and we expected that it will be possible to sleep in the sofa. We changed appartment for bigger one and it was much better for family. The staff was friendly. The amount of kitchenware is minimal. Location is good if you are with car - 5 min drive to Maya and Nimman with a lot of restaurants.

Very spacious and clean, and I'm saying that although there were a few spots with mold in the kitchen, nothing tragically but if that wasn't it would have been just perfect. There's a lot of light getting in thanks to the big windows. For that price I didn't expect such a big and pretty place. We also slept well on the beds and the AC's were quiet.

As I mentioned before, a little bit of mold in the kitchen. But I'd come again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

The room was spacious. Big window, lots of natural light. A bath in the bathroom. There’s a fruit shop on the alley by the Mini C shop which is convenient.

No knives, sponges, dishwashing liquid or bowls in the apartment. You only get one roll of toilet paper. The room was cleaned, but not well ( you could feel a layer of sticky residue on the counters). Turning on the shower made the bathroom lights flicker, which was concerning. The location means you need a taxi to get into town or anywhere fun really.

No intercontinental breakfast available at the hotel. restricted news and sport choice of TV channels

Spacious, nice view and clean and good bed

Bath is useless since there is no real hot water. Its warm enough for showering though.
