The Post Barn, beautiful barn conversion 10mins from Winchester

Super accommodation, fabulous decor and impeccably clean. A little treat from the local shop was a lovely touch.

The property is in a charming village just outside Winchester. Some of the access roads/lanes were a bit challenging! Lots of space and very comfortable downstairs and we were able to socialise with a couple of friends (staying nearby). The shower and sink/toilet are downstairs so we needed to come down to use them at night. Interesting layout with big beams/timbers upstairs but we both needed to be careful not to bang our heads on the sloping ceilings - or the beams. I am always interested in the way buildings are constructed and this one gave me food for thought.

It would be handy to have uncounter lighting for microwave and shower leaks right hand side on floor

Wat een plaatje, alles klopte binnenin het appartement! Praktische indeling, mooie accessoires en afwerking. Fijne tafel om aan te zitten, ruime bovenverdieping!

De zitbank onder de spiegel was niet ideaal zitten, maar had ook zijn charme. Er ontbrak een fijne wastafel.

Location is ideal, nice ad peaceful, everything you needed was within the barn. Very comfortable beds, nice and clean, shower was perfect. Communication from start to finish with Lisa was 1st class. Would highly recommend to friends and family. And not forgetting Jaffa, the adorable friendly cat, likes a lot of fuss. Great staycation.

Parking right outside, local pub 1min down the road with excellent shower and tea and coffee making facilities.
