someone walked into my room at night and knew the lock code to get in. Feels like you’re walking on eggshells. Staff is not helpful or understanding at all. It says pets are no extra charge yet they charged me. Never got my refund of $100 back. Hate this place.

Mostly respectful guest. Except the last two nights. Someone came in and fought and made noise to a beyond unacceptable level.

Nothing because I didn't stay there. I was very frustrated with the service as I had lost my fone and was emailing everyone.... Booking .com, Airbnb ...everyone was just taking me around....

I didn't like everything...from the host and the app.....no one helped.

The management is disorganized in lack of communication with co-workers and either incompetent or unethical. They cancelled my second reservation telling me that I broke the rules by not informing that I had a dog, however I texted someone upon request an ESA letter! I was falsely accused of littering by the neighbors and management, mentioned that the neighbors considered calling the police and management trying to tell me that I may be charged over $100 for a littering fine. My dog damaged the bedding and towels in which I paid them $170, but they inappropriately for more than one reason withheld replacing my bedding until I paid them. They did not accept fault or apologize for their lack of internal communication all the while chastising me for not telling them I had a dog, when in fact I did and have proof. They double charged me $170 accidentally or deliberately. I had to ask them 3 times to bring toilet paper over, which is unacceptable, not to mention unacceptable to run out of toilet paper in the first place. Who can I complain to?
