Great location, only a short walk to the beach or the high-street. Perfect for our weekend family get away. House has plenty of space for 6 people .

"Good location in Deal, terrible parking"

Location, space, number of bathrooms, outside space, Jo’s responsiveness and pleasantness

Parking was horrendous (we will not return here unless this changes). Shower rooms were very cramped. Huge range of useless things in kitchen. Poor water pressure and low hot water temperature. Lots of unhygienic looking leftovers in kitchen. Freezer unusable as full of ice cubes ( I emptied one drawer). Better maintenance required overall

"Lovely family home"

Excellent convenient location for golf course, shingle beaches, and historic sites. As soon as you open the front door, you feel at home. Very spacious accommodation.

"An enjoyable and peaceful stay in a nice spacious, well appointed house."

The house was spacious, well appointed and tastefully laid out in all the rooms. It was modern and clean, plenty of books and games available, but not needed unless you find yourself housebound.

Only having one parking spot was a little inconvenient as we traveled here in two cars and could not find nearby parking place on arrival. Nearby on street parking was better later in the day so not a big problem. In peak season this I imagine this will be problem.

Property exceeded expectations. Great location and well equipped throughout. Cleanliness was exceptional.

A very minor point was the rattling of the draws in wardrobe of Master bedroom was irritating when walking in the room.

"A very relaxing break with friends."

Location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the town with plenty of pubs, cafes etc. House was located some distance from the road so wasn't noisy. The front bedroom had a very slight view of the sea. We walked to Walmer Castle, then onto Kingsdown along a lovely coastal lane

The shower in the main bedroom seemed to go cold very quickly.
