Manager (Shirantha) super aardig, overige personeel prima. Kamer was ruim en locatie prima.

Super gehorig, weinig kunnen slapen. Kamer slecht onderhouden, hygiëne niet best (veel schimmel). Douche werd koud na een paar minuten, waardoor je koud moest douchen. In de ochtend verder ook hard muziek waardoor je wakker werd. Geen fijne nachten.

We opted out of the hotel breakfast. While the location was acceptable, it is situated a bit outside of the main downtown area.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay. We did not eat breakfast here, and the location was quite far from downtown. More importantly, this hotel needs to be investigated. It is advertised as a 4-star property, but it lacks basic amenities, including an elevator. The photos online are entirely deceptive. Customer service was also terrible: our request for a balcony chair was completely ignored, and they never called me when I left my chargers behind in the room.

The bedroom was nice and the location was good - close to Lake Gregory and restaurants. WiFi was good and breakfast was okay.

Although the staff were friendly and smiley, we had a room service issue where the staff wrote down our order on their hand, we ordered 3 items without drinks and 2 food items didn’t come until we reminded them. There were no knives and forks with room service, despite tasting decently, the chicken looked slightly pink. We would have ate elsewhere if we would have known how long it would take - it cost roughly the same as eating at a high rated restaurant in the area. Additionally, our shower was full of mould - the extractor isn’t strong enough / the door naturally shuts so it isn’t ventilated. The bathroom smelt of damp, the smell being concealed with an air freshener. The rooms weren’t serviced everyday which probably doesn’t help the damp problem. The mould is spreading to the bedroom balcony door. A good deep clean is what room 302 needs. When we checked in, it looked as though the sheets and pillow cases hadn’t been changed as they had some crumbs and stains on them. We didn’t complain as we were only there for 2 nights, but not sure if we’d come back.

Service was attentive and friendly. We arrived quite late in the evening. Even though the restaurant was closing, they made sure we would get some food and drinks delivered to our room.
