"Special Stay at Nuwara Eliya"

The location is good. The view from the balcony was stunning.

The wash rooms has a bad smell. The tap for the sink is not fixed properly. The silicone application is covered with fungus. Overall maintenance looks bad. No receptionist after about 10 pm. In the morning the receptionist arrives about half an hour late.

Didn’t Recommend

This hotel was not 5-star maybe 2 star. The dinner we ordered at the hotel was suspectly from a takeaway service from a nearby shack. The rooms were clean but dated and looked tired. No hot water after 5 minutes when you have a shower.
