GBThere was a large hole in one of the walls and a couple of the plug sockets were broken and potentially dangerous. The electric ignition did not work on the stove and there were no matches. I arrived after the shop had closed so I had no way to make a hot drink or my breakfast. I borrowed a lighter from a neighbour in the end. Not ideal.

I booked as description said dog friendly booked and paid then received message saying no pets. Owner didn't respond to any messages to cancel I had to rebook something else misleading description and refused refund
GBI loved everything about this , the complex was amazing friendly very welcoming , i cant wait to save enough money and come back here

Every thing was bodged Shower was held by a zip tye Bathroom located at back so enter only through kids room So glad I wasn’t fat other wise would never of got to the toilet let alone get in shower

GBso when we arrived at the barrier , we put the code in , given by the owners ! it didn't work so I rang and left a message to say we couldn't get in !! the owners still haven't answered me now and we've been home a day !!! very bad communication
on arrival to chalet, we found it very dirty and dated , I spent 1 and a half hours cleaning the sink , worktops etc and tackling the cobwebs everywhere ,, reading the previous reviews , I was already sceptical ! but the chalet once cleaned , was cosy , quiet , there was heating , and it is situated in a lovely place for us to walk to beach etc , there was WiFi, it just needs a bit of love , cleaning and updating , take note owners , your communication is really bad !! im lucky someone was there to let us through the barrier , if we had travelled late ,there wouldn't have been anybody around ,leaving me to drag my luggage ,plus find the chalet in the dark !! not a good start !!!!
