The location was very convenient to the train station and old town Como. It wasn't in the center of the action, but it was close to everything and very walkable. The apartment itself was fantastic and squeaky clean. Several water bottles were chilled for us in the refrigerator when we arrived - this was much appreciated.

The beds were comfortable; however, the pillows were very thin and only two per bed. I would like to have had a greater selection of extra pillows and/or fluffier pillows if only providing two per bed.

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig, kostenloser Parkplatz im geräumigen Hof. Tolle Aussicht von zwei Balkonen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für vier Personen und Luxus für zwei. Liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr schönes Geschirr. Ein netter Willkommensgruß vom Vermieter: Olivenöl.

Amazing apartment, well suited for a stay for families.

This place is honestly perfect for a getaway to Lake Como. It has everything, it is new, clean, spacious, the facilities are great, the communication with the staff is smooth, they even arranged for a welcome suprise that our friends back home wanted to make for us. The location is perfect, just next to the city center, you can go out for dinner and be back in 10 minutes, all while enjoying the facilities of a new building. The parking spot is also priceless.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Grâce à son emplacement nous n'avons pas eu à prendre la voiture, tout est à proximité. L'appartement est très confortable, propre, lumineux et bien agencé. Les hôtes sont joignables et réactifs. Merci pour tout.
