The location , staff , rooms were super nice and clean with all facilities, breakfast was nice too.

WiFi is really bad and due to lot of functions there was disturbance in the room. I don’t why the breakfast place in the morning is set to freezing temperature making the food cold .

Only the location.

In my first room they alloted their was a cockroach in the bathroom photo attached. The second room on the 6th floor was not clean. The hotel needs to repair and paint the walla too. Staff is also rude.

"Very poor property and overall service"

Just the past experience in 2016.

Property is showing its age and everything is near run down. Room 307 was full of problems from used towels, broken showers, clogged shower room, broken charging points, noisy air-conditioning, stained bedding and bed, non working WiFi. Staff was little bit unwelcoming because room was booked from this website and not directly through them. Happy to provide pictures. Experience was so much better in 2016.
