I know it’s a name it’s a Brand but they are not able to sustain the standard I have stayed in western after leaving the property they called for more money just because a towel had a blood stain I know it’s my mistake I had a cut on my Hand so I feel to call ur customer just for a towel and take 500 which is not even the worth of that towel but still I paid but I feel if anyone reads this think about wat I said and proceed for the stay be very careful

Very very strong cigarette smoke smell in the room. Had to repeatedly ask to change the room. They kept on saying we'll get back to you. Finally in the evening they gave a non-smoking room which we had originally booked. The room wasn't cleaned properly. Very loud partying noise till very late in the night.

The location is great if you have work in the western suburbs and the reception staff was courteous & helpful.

The room was tiny, always busy with functions and very crowded, long wait for the elevators, house keeping was very poor, toiletries very below average, room service was below average especially when it came to service.
