Sai Palace Grand is a reasonably priced hotel at a very central place in Malad, lots of value for money. It has decent facilities, good restaurants, room service. Overall cleanliness is good, though there is room for improvement. Breakfast spread is excellent with various vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. There is also decent parking in front of the hotel as well as Valet Parking.We liked our stay very much.

The reception staff unnecesarily calls up in the morning for Breakfast time reminder and also to know our check-out time. I know that this information is necessary for their Daily Planning, but they can see if this is really necessary as all Guests know about the timings.
