They didnt clean our room. We left in the morning and when came back at night. Asking at the reception why it was cleaned. They had no answer

Nothing great...it is not a good hotel

Staff is very clever and know how to extract money from customer...

It’s good hotel near malad west metro station.

It has three restaurants with good food and serving quality & quantity is more than other restaurants

The room ceiling is not clean in my allotted room 1011.

1. Loud music from the event at the hotel after 10pm no sound proof even on n dropping from floor above can be heard. 2. damp leaking cieling 3. unnecessary massage chair which had mould and making noise if switched on 4. unstable internet 5. My room access card has to be reactivated at reception for every night I stayed wierd rule... was recommended to leave my access card in reception 6. Staff and concierge where courtious but what stands out is there are NO female staff even in restaurants. All male crew 7. dirty AC vents 8. Very soft bed which gave all of us back and headache 8. Lastly this is not more than a 2 star property. Booking. com should have better due diligence before listing property as 4 or 5 stars...
