Sai Palace Grand, Malad

Food, room, restaurant and food service was excellent.

I called three times to get a coffee at the restaurant even called the reception for the same but did not get it.When the toilet paper in the bathroom ran out and I called the room service, they told me to call the reception, and when I called the reception, they told me to call the room service. Neither refilled not it was rectified.Only I am unhappy with this.Rest of all is ok.

Hassle free check in. We arrived late in the evening, but the check in was quick and efficient. The room was nice and clean, had a nice view and included fresh linen and toiletries. The buffet breakfast spread was absolutely excellent with a huge spread of cereal, sandwiches, boiled eggs + made to order eggs station, north and south indian dishes, breads, tea, milk, fresh fruits etc. They made sure the food was fresh and constantly replineshed. Excellent staff, we loved our 1 night stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. Location is great.

We could not connect to the Wi-fi in the room. Wi-fi connectivity needs improvement.
