No gels . We found pipe occupying they had to be moved

Had to switch off the outside light at the main DB so that it didnt shine into our bedroom. All the beds squeecked a lot.

The property is easily accessible from the highways and shopping centres. The outdoor areas, pools , parks are well maintained.

On our night of arrival myself and my family had to sweep and mop floors from all the rooms due to stinking smell and dust even under the beds. The stains on the floor were an evidence that the person who cleaned last never moped the floors. We slept on the floors for the two nights because of the beds being uncomfortable. On the kids rooms the bunk beds were merely put on top of each other without any stable connection which could cause a severe accident if the top one were to move by mistake. The Veranda was packed with dust and dirt, you can swear it has not been swept in months. We had to remove the shower mat as it was covered with permanent dirt and one couldn't step on it. When I checked the cleaning roaster, the chalet was last cleaned on the 02 December 2024 and no one went in to open in preparing for the next guests. We had to drive out immediately and buy an Air freshener to freshen up the chalet.
