房間很大,樣樣俱全,兩個人很舒適

連泊のため洗濯が出来たこと、寝室がトイレと離れていること、プライベート空間が保てたことは良かった。

チェックイン端末の反応が悪く、入室まで10分以上要した。ベッドの脚が折れていて不安定で怖かった。ドライヤーの温風が出ず、天気の悪い日に髪の毛を乾かすのが大変だった。

干净，设施齐全，距离熊本站步行15分钟，行李多稍微有点累，但是这个价格和品质，必须10分。

员工有点不耐烦，入住过程繁琐。这点让人无法理解，是熊本所有酒店都这样吗？

Quiet and clean.

Given the incorrect address, which made travelling to and from the accommodation difficult. Didn’t get the correct address until the afternoon of our second day. Beds were hard, uncomfortable and head end was next to an exterior cold wall and below a cold window. We had to sleep the other end of the beds to have heads away from the cold. Only one pillow each which wasn’t enough. The convector hob didn’t work.

The property was in a very quiet part of the city, just about 15 min's walk from Kumamoto Station, or 2 stops if you take the tram (you can still use the IC card on the tram). There's a large 7/11 convenient store just opposite the apartment building, and about 5 min's walk you'll get to the "Youme" Supermarket where you can buy food and drinks. The host gave us the passwords to the number locks for entering the building and the apartment so it was very convenient. He/she even sent us a video to instruct us how to enter the building and the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, with simple but practical furniture. There was a balcony where you can hang your clothes. There's also a kitchen where you can cook your meals. The bathroom was very spacious, too. As it was very cold outside at night (below 10 deg C), the air-conditioner was really effective in keeping us warm. The beds were very comfortable, too, and everywhere was so clean. Also, the host gave us very prompt responses. The apartment is just a bit more than 1 km away from either Kumamoto Castle or Sakuramachi. As a whole, we were very satisfied with the apartment.
