1. Great Location (10 mins walk to JR Kumamoto Station, 8 mins walk to Sakuramachi Bus Terminal and it is close to Kumamoto Castle upon arriving Sakuramachi) 2. Microwave and Toaster are helping a lot for DIY breakfast. 3. Quiet and tidy room with cooking utensils, plates and mugs, fridge and induction heater 4. Excellent Wi-Fi since the router is just inside the house 5. Spacious bathroom with washing machine and detergents 6. Big water sink for washing fruits and other cooking needs 7. Amazing Balcony for hanging laundries and Great Mountain View 8. Hot water is ready available for use for both Kitchen and Bathroom 9. Lift is accessible to every floor 10. Check-in instruction was provided 3 days in advance (Hassle-free)

1. The check-in instruction forgot to mention that you must press the Lock Symbol in the Electronic Key before leaving the premises (Luckily no burglary) 2. Wardrobe is avaialble but not allowed to use 3. No hanger in the bathroom for clothes (Please put some hooks for clean clothes to be worn after bathing) 4. There are 2 hookers at both ends in the Balcony for hanging clothes but it misses a bamboo/steeless rod 5. 3-4 mins walking is required to Main Road access for public transportation 6. No Clocks in the whole apartment, highly recommended to put 1 Big Clock in the centre of the apartment 7. No TV for any News / Weather Report watching

The house is very clean and cost is very cheap. Besides, you can walk to the tram station by 5min. It will be a good choice if you go to Kumamoto!

The apartment was well equipped with supplies and good quality amenities. Luxury soft towels, clean bedding, and a very clean apartment all around. Nice views with a balcony too!

The building outside of the apartment is dingy, and outside the building doors is very stinky. Need to hold breath while entering and exiting. Keep going because the actual apartment is really nice, clean, with everything you need. The parking instructions were recommending paid spots behind the building, so we drove around in circles not finding anything behind the building and ended up parking blocks away the first night, not found parking down the street in front of the building the second night..
