Stylish and homely 1 bed Edwardian Coach House

We loved the location. It was in walking distance to family members. The room was warm and bright. The hosts left helpful information and a welcome basket.

Beautiful converted carriage house loft. Very convenient to all servicesxandcthe historic town centre. Spacious.

The only negative was the downstairs bathroom.

This is a very tastefully done property, full of character but with all the modern amenities you need, and more. It is absolutely spotless and everything matches! The welcome pack is a very sweet touch and there is literally everything thought of down to the little bedside torch and sewing kit. It is about a 20 minute walk into town and there are 2 local supermarkets minutes away. The parking is on the road and was never a problem, only a 30 second walk. The family live in the main house and this is the annexe so it’s nice to know they are easily contactable should you need them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this property.

Little bit of a walk into Colchester centre to Colchester Castle Park - but certainly do-able. Not a big issue at all.
